- individuals and families using our apps at home
Aspire Inclusion Technologies Ltd is part of the Aspire group of organisations, which includes Aspire Behaviour Management Ltd.

a) Account and contact information
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation or school name (if applicable)
- User role or context (school-based or individual use)
b) Usage and technical information
- IP address (processed in anonymised or truncated form where possible)
- Device type, browser type, operating system
- Pages viewed, features used, session duration
c) Subscription and billing information
- Subscription status
- Plan or bundle type
- Transaction references and billing history
- Payment card details are never stored by us.
d) App-specific data
Some apps allow users to enter personal or contextual information to support inclusion-related activities.
For school use, the school remains the data controller for pupil data and we act as a data processor.
For individual or home use, the individual user is the data subject and Aspire Inclusion Technologies Ltd acts as the data controller for data entered into the app.

Individual home users’ contact details are not shared with Aspire Behaviour Management Ltd for marketing.
Pupil data is never shared for marketing purposes.
